Custom Orders, Cancellations and Complaints
Most printed materials, advertising letters, light boxes and storefront branding are made to order according to an approved design, dimensions and materials. Changes or cancellation may be requested before production begins. If dedicated materials have already been purchased or production has started, the actual costs incurred will be charged. Please inspect the order promptly after delivery. If it differs from the approved specification, arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, send the order details and photographs by email or WhatsApp within a reasonable time. After review, we will offer repair, remanufacture or another mutually agreed solution. Bespoke products without a defect generally cannot be returned because they cannot be resold. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
